About EUJS

The European Union of Jewish Students (EUJS) is a pluralistic, inclusive and non-partisan umbrella organisation. We support Jewish student unions throughout Europe and represent its members in international institutions and organisations.

Founded in 1978, we currently have 36 member organisations, spanning from Russia to Scandinavia to the United Kingdom.

EUJS is led by the president, executive director, and eight board members who are elected by EUJS member organizations at the EUJS General Assembly. The EUJS headquarters are located in Brussels, Belgium.

#October7
One year has passed since our lives have changed forever.
Today, Jewish students in more than 10 European capitals remind the European society about the fate of the 101 hostages still held in Gaza by Hamas.
#BringThemHomeNow 🎗️

It’s certainly not the first time the president of @EUJS has been targeted by personal attacks, but doing so in such a vile manner and disguising it as anti-Muslim hatred is truly repulsive.

This morning, EUJS President @Emma_Hallali and Policy Officer Ariela Di Gioacchino took part in the conference "7/10 One Year After: Geopolitical and Social Implications" organized by @elnetwork_eu

Yesterday, as @EUJS representative, I joined the Commemoration for the October 7th attack in Place des Nations, Geneva.
In my speech, I spoke about student unions' admirable initiatives to combat antisemitism, and denounced the widespread hateful narrative on global campuses.

My commitment to building a society free from hatred is unwavering. I refuse to yield to any intimidation meant to silence me. I will continue to express my opinions and uphold the values of human rights and democracy of my organization with pride and conviction.

False allegations have accused me of Islamophobia.I categorically reject any political manipulation aimed at distorting legitimate discussions.Let me be clear: anti-Muslim hatred, along with all forms of racism, has never had a place in my activism or in the organization I lead.
