JÜDISCHE ÖSTERREICHISCHE HOCHSCHÜLER*INNEN (JÖH)

The Austrian Union of Jewish Students has been established in the 1940’s/1950’s and was an active Union for the most time. They had the Paper “NOODNIK”, in which they wrote about the politic happenings in Austria, among other things. In the early 2000’s the Union became inactive, in 2015/16 the Union was brought back to life by Bini Guttmann and Beni Hess. Since then, there have been General Assemblies every year and new Boards and presidents every year and the Union has been very active. We brought the NOODNIK back to life and published our fifth issue in December 2022. We organize Events for Jewish Students, such as Shabbes Dinners and Chanukkah Parties, but are also politically very active
